WAVY & CURLY Nano Tip

This hair is presented straight in the packaging but when washed will dry with a wave/curl.

This hair can be blow dried straight. If you want to wear the hair with a natural curl we recommend using products to define the curl and leave it to dry naturally.

Blast drying or leaving to dry without products will result in the hair to frizz. Dark hair reflects the curl better than blondes as bleached blonde hair needs more work to define the curl and will frizz more than dark.

This hair is recommended for people who have wavy/curly hair only. Not recommended for people who have pin-straight hair.

This product is non-refundable or exchangeable.

Delivery

We offer UK mainland delivery, including next-day delivery. All customer and wholesale orders must be made before 3:30pm. If you order after this time, it will be processed the next working day.

Returns

When placing an order, please pay attention to the details. If you have made a mistake whilst placing your order and want to change the product, please contact our customer service team on 0151 902 0002.

If you need to exchange or would like a refund. We ask that the product is returned to us within 14 days from the purchase date. Any products returned after this time will not be accepted for a refund. Due to the nature and hygiene of the product.

The product should be returned in its original packaging, attached to backing paper, and not tampered with or worn. Please provide note of your order number along with your name. Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed this can also take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method made.
