Sourced from Western European countries such as Spain and Italy, this hair is slightly thicker in texture than Russian hair and comes in a natural wave or curl. European Hair holds the perfect curl and is fabulous for those who love volume, but can also be styled straight. Unlike Russian, this hair is not virgin as it has been chemically coloured but it retains its full cuticle so the quality is superb and looks more natural than Asian Remy hair. European hair usually lasts between 12 months and 3 years depending on the colour (dark hair lasting the longest) and how the hair is looked after.
European hair extensions from Dianne Marshall are made to order and come coloured to match your own hair. As every order is made to your specific requirements, we recommend attending a free consultation with us (or a professional hairdresser of your choice). Phone consultations are also available and you will be required to send a small sample of your hair so we can colour match. As you are investing in fabulous quality hair extensions we need to make sure you get exactly what you want and need.
The order process:
- Have a free consultation over the phone or at our salon in Liverpool
- Provide a colour sample at consultation or post it to us with all measurements/weights etc
- Pay a 50% deposit on the order (the remaining balance can be paid upon collection)
- We’ll process your order as soon as all details and your colour sample have been provided
- Your new hair extensions will be lovingly made within four to five weeks
- Collect in person from our salon in Liverpool or pay for next-day special delivery to your door
A brief guide on what to order:
- For thickness and a few inches in length, we recommend one Weft
- For more than a few inches of length and thickness on fine hair, we recommend two Wefts
- For length and thickness with thick hair, we recommend three to four Wefts
All our European hair is sold either loose or in hand-tied wefts. Our hand-tied wefts are made to perfection and then stitched over to ensure longevity and softness for comfort.

European Hair Extension Maintenance Packages Available
We cannot guarantee that customers will get the most from their extensions if the hair has not been fitted by Dianne Marshall or one of the DM Team. We cannot be held responsible if you choose to have someone else look after your hair. We can give advice and average the time the hair lasts based on customers’ experience but we can not guarantee how long any of the hair will last, as hair is a natural product and the lifespan depends on how the hair is maintained.
Our European hair extensions are custom-made specifically for each customer. Handmade wefts cannot be cut. We will not be held responsible for wrong measurements, cut wefts, or mistakes in colour matching. If you are unsure of what to order please ask, we’re here to help you get the best hair extensions possible. As this hair is custom-made for each client it’s very important to check that you are satisfied with the colour as we do not recommend re-colouring European hair.
Also thoroughly wash the hair before fitting to be sure you are satisfied with the quality as once fitted, cut and styled into your hair, no exchanges or refunds will be given. All European hair has been chemically coloured. If you are not sure what length or how many wefts you need then call us or visit our salon in Liverpool. If you have never purchased European hair from us before you may want to contact us first to be sure you get exactly what you want.
Any faults on the hair should be reported to us within one week of purchase as any faults with the hair would show up within this time. Failure to report this will forfeit your right to a replacement or refund.
