If you spend £5000 with us in one quarter, you will unlock tier two and become an ELITE PARTNER.
CREDIT:
3.5% of your sales you will get back in credit at the end of the quarter eg £5000 of sales = £175 in credit

DM Partner FAQs
What is a DM Partner?
A DM Partner is a salon or hairdresser who stocks Dianne Marshall hair extensions and has an approved trade account with us. Partners get access to trade pricing, marketing support, and depending on spend, a range of extra perks through our tiered partnership programme. To open a trade account you do not need to be exclusive to Dianne Marshall.
Who can apply for a trade account?
Both salons and independent, qualified hairdressers can apply. We ask for details of your business, your hair extension experience (or your team’s). We may ask for proof of qualification before approving your account.
How do I apply?
Just fill out our online trade account application, click the button at the top of the page. You’ll need to provide your business and contact details, salon/stylist information, your preferred extension methods, current brands used, weekly installation volume, and the colours and lengths you’d like to offer. You’ll also set up a username and password for your trade account during the process.
How long does approval take?
Once you submit your application, our team reviews it and gets back to you as soon as possible. Once approved, you’ll receive a website login and trade price list, giving you instant access to our exclusive trade prices.
What discount do I get as a Partner?
Our entry-level tier, Partner, gives you 25% off customer pricing straight away, plus marketing support.
Are there ways to earn more as I grow?
Yes — we run a four-tier partnership structure based on quarterly spend:
Partner (entry level): 25% off customer price, plus marketing support.
Pro Partner (£2,500+ quarterly spend): 2.5% sales credit each quarter, your choice of hair extension or social media training, plus a window/mirror sticker and a feature on our social media.
Elite Partner (£5,000+ quarterly spend): 3.5% sales credit each quarter, a training course of your choice, a Professional Tools and Marketing bundle worth £150, plus a team visit and social media promotion.
Master Partner (£9,000+ quarterly spend): 5% sales credit each quarter, plus top placement in our online stylist directory.
What products will I have access to?
Our full trade range covers 28 shades across five application methods — Wefts, Slim Ultra Wefts, Invisible Tapes, I-tips, Nano Tips, and Flat Tips.
Is training available?
Yes. You can choose training in hair extension application methods (Micro Weave, Micro Ring, Tapes, or all of the above) so you and your team feel confident selling and fitting our products.
Will I have someone to contact directly?
Every partner is assigned a dedicated account manager who’s on hand to help with queries, orders, and general support.
How quickly can I get stock?
We offer next-day and Saturday delivery, or you’re welcome to collect in person from our Liverpool store.
